Detailing Club Warranty Policy

At Detailing Club, we stand by the quality of our coatings and films, ensuring your vehicle gets the protection it deserves. To maintain the authenticity of your warranty, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Ceramic & Graphene Coatings (Armor Reload, Armor Pro, Armor Absolute & Armor Graphene)

• Warranty covers the shine of the painted body:

  • Armor Reload – 1 Year

  • Armor Pro – 3 Years

  • Armor Absolute – 5 Years

  • Armor Graphene – 6 Years

• After application, avoid washing/cleaning your vehicle for 2 days.

• Complimentary first ceramic wash must be availed within 10 days of application (only the first wash is free).

• First assessment: 1 year after treatment, followed by annual assessments.

• Annual maintenance washes will be charged at ₹500.

• Yearly assessments can be availed within 30 days before or after the due date; late claims will not be accepted.

2. Paint Protection Film (PPF)

• Warranty: 7 Years (2 years for self-healing, 7 years for shine, peeling & cracks).

• First assessment: 1 year after application, followed by annual assessments.

• Yearly assessments must be done within 30 days before/after the due date.

3. Conditions that Void Warranty

• Warranty not registered online. (Contact your studio immediately for registration).

• Vehicle washed/cleaned within 2 days of application.

• Coating/film removed or over-coated with other products.

• Damages caused by accidents, negligence, solvents, bleaches, dyes, acids, burns, vandalism, or repainting.

• Scratches from dry cleaning (only wet clean with plain water).

• Repainting voids warranty for coatings (only on affected parts or the full body, depending on the job).

Note: Customers can get their vehicle re-coated or re-protected with PPF after repaint or accident damage by paying applicable charges.

4. Warranty Authenticity

• Valid only when services are availed at an authorized Detailing Club Studio.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applicable only after online registration.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

• Contact your nearest authorized studio immediately if you notice an issue.

• Vehicle inspection will be carried out by a service professional during business hours.

• If approved, our service inspector will schedule treatment at a convenient time.

• Provide your invoice/warranty card for claim verification.

• Claims must be made within 30 days of observing the issue.

Disclaimer: Always collect your invoice and register your warranty online at the studio where services are availed. Detailing Club will not be liable for claims if the warranty is not registered.
